The programme is designed for people who have fairly extensive experience leading and managing but who are aspiring to senior management and director level. It is designed to develop leadership potential as a social care professional, leadership capabilities for a challenging environment, individual's impact on employing organisation and service users, as well as contribution to the wider sector.
The cost of the first three intakes will be 50% subsidised by the Skills Academy.
